Two Iconic Summits in the Cordillera Blanca, Peru
This 5-day expedition combines two classic Andean climbs — Nevado Pisco (5,752 m) and Nevado Yanapaccha (5,460 m) — offering an unforgettable blend of moderate glacier travel and technical variety in the heart of the Cordillera Blanca.
Nevado Pisco, part of the Huandoy Massif, is known for its spectacular summit panorama and easy accessibility — often chosen as the ideal first 5,000 m + peak for acclimatization or as a perfect complement to longer treks.
Nevado Yanapaccha, located nearby inside Huascarán National Park, is more technical, featuring short ice walls (50–60°) and crevasse navigation. It’s an excellent follow-up climb and a favorite spot for mountaineering training.
Led by UIAGM / IFMGA-certified mountain guides, this progressive program is ideal for well-acclimatized trekkers looking to summit two emblematic peaks in one expedition — safely and confidently.
