We operate all our expeditions directly, ensuring clear communication, reliable logistics, and professional coordination from the moment you contact us until the end of your journey.
Below is our transparent, step-by-step booking process, designed to make everything easy and secure for you.
1. Share Your Trip Details
Start by sending us:
- The trek or climbing program you want
- Preferred dates
- Private or group service
- Number of travelers
- Dietary requirements
- Need for acclimatization hikes
- Hotel & transport assistance
- Any special requests
Our team replies promptly with availability, expert recommendations, and personalized planning.
2. Receive Your Tailored Itinerary

You receive:
- Confirmed departure dates
- Full day-by-day itinerary
- Group size

- Pre-trek recommendations
All proposals include clear and honest pricing, with no hidden fees.

3. Availability Confirmation
Before moving to payment, we secure availability for:
- Certified mountain guide
- Cook and muleteer team
- 4-season tents and equipment
- Transportation
- Group spaces (if joining a shared departure)
Once everything is confirmed, we move to the deposit stage.

4. Secure Your Reservation (40% Deposit + 5% Bank Fee)
A 40% deposit officially confirms your trek and guarantees:
- Your expedition dates
- Your guide, cook & muleteers
- Your high-quality equipment
- Your space in the group (for shared departures)
Payment Options
- A) Online Payment Link (Recommended)
We send a secure Stripe link accepting:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
A 5% bank/processing fee is automatically added.
Fast, safe, and ideal for international clients.
- B) International Bank Transfer
Accepted upon request.
Please note:
- A fixed USD $50 inbound bank fee applies
- Processing takes 2–5 business days
✔ After Payment
Please send us your payment receipt so we can confirm immediately.
5. Official Confirmation Package
Once your deposit & bank fee are received, you will receive:
- Official booking confirmation
- Final detailed itinerary
- Packing list
- Acclimatization plan
- Hotel recommendations
- Transportation guidance (flights, bus, or private transfer)
At this stage, your reservation is 100% secure, and you may safely book flights, hotels, and extra travel arrangements.
6. Pre-Trek Coordination & Support
Before arrival, we assist with:
- Pre-trek briefing
- Acclimatization hikes
- Hotel bookings (Huaraz & Cusco)
- Airport/bus station transfers
- Gear rental (sleeping bags, trekking poles)
- Dietary planning
- Final logistics & schedule coordination
Our team offers 24/7 support for any questions before your trek.
7. Pay the Remaining Balance (60%)
The final balance is paid:
- Upon arrival in Huaraz or Cusco, or
- Before arrival through a new payment link
Accepted methods:
- Cash (USD or Peruvian Soles)
- Credit/debit card (processing fee applies)
- Stripe link (processing fee applies)
We provide clear receipts for all transactions.
