Community Fees & Regulations

The Cordillera Huayhuash is managed by various independent Andean communities.
Each community has its own jurisdiction and charges a fee for:

• trail access
• camping rights
• environmental protection
• maintenance and waste management

Inkaland Treks pays these fees directly at each checkpoint, ensuring transparency, smooth logistics, and fair compensation to every community involved.

✔ Included Fee Amounts (Approximate):

• Huayhuash 6 Days: S/ 150 soles (≈ US$ 46)
• Huayhuash 8 Days: S/ 290 soles (≈ US$ 90)
• Huayhuash 10 Days: S/ 290 soles (≈ US$ 90)

These amounts reflect the total contributions required for each route.

Huascarán National Park Fees (Included in All Programs)

Many treks and day hikes in the Cordillera Blanca are inside Huascarán National Park (PNH).

Inkaland Treks now includes all PNH entrance fees in the cost of:

• Laguna 69
• Laguna Parón
• Laguna 513
• Laguna Churup
• Llaca
• Pastoruri Glacier
• Santa Cruz Trek
• Cedros–Alpamayo
• All day hikes and expeditions inside the park

✔ Park Fee Included

• S/ 30 soles per person, per day (≈ US$ 8)
• Fully covered by Inkaland Treks

What You Need to Bring

Since Inkaland Treks includes all entrance fees:

• You do not need to bring extra soles for payments.
• You may carry some cash for personal expenses (snacks, souvenirs, etc.).

Your guide will always inform you of any checkpoints, but no payment from you is required.
