How do I book a HER ANDES trek?
Booking your HER ANDES journey is simple.

Send us an inquiry through email or WhatsApp with your preferred program, dates, number of travelers and any questions or special requests.
- Confirm your itinerary and availability
Our team will review your request, confirm availability and provide you with the information and details needed to proceed with your reservation.

Before making your payment, we ask you to carefully review our Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy, which explains the reservation conditions, payment terms, cancellations, refunds and other important information related to your trip.

By proceeding with your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions.
- Make your 40% deposit
Your reservation is confirmed with a 40% deposit of the total trip cost.
You can make the deposit through either of the following options:
Payment by credit or debit card
We can provide you with a secure online payment link, which accepts major credit and debit cards.
A 5% payment processing fee applies to payments made through the online payment link.
Bank transfer
You may also make a bank transfer directly to our Inkaland Treks bank account.
For international bank transfers, a US$50 international transfer fee applies.
Our team will provide the necessary payment details according to your chosen payment method.
When should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular trekking seasons and scheduled HER ANDES departures.
Early booking gives us more flexibility to secure guides, transportation, accommodation and other logistics for your journey.
If you already know your preferred dates, we recommend contacting us before making any payment so that we can first confirm availability and the exact program details.
