Huayhuash Shortest Mini Trek 5 Days

Inkaland Treks has designed this special version of a 5 day trek of the Cordillera Huayhuash for our clients who may be time limited but still seek to capture the unparallel beauty and spirit of this treasured Andes mountain range. The 5 day trek route includes some of the most dramatic scenery to be witnessed and photographed in the Cordillera Huayhuash. On this trek you’ll cross two high mountain passes; one of them the Sambuya Pass at 15,584 ft / 4750m, with a panoramic scene that holds some of the most stunning and unforgettable views within the Huayhuash circuit.  On the final evening of this 5 day circuit, your camp site is set-up on the banks Laguna Jahuacocha, one of the Cordillera Huayhuash’s most exceedingly special places for its majestic views of the largest mountain peaks in this range. A prerequisite for accomplishing this trek however, is to be well acclimatized since we ascend to very high altitude fairly fast.
